How Does the Flex Belt Work?
Here’s how it works: The unique construction of the FLEX Belt features three pre-positioned, medical-grade GelPads, covering the central abdominal muscles and external obliques. Signals from the ab belt reach out to nerves where they are most concentrated. These nerves branch out to reach all the abdominal muscles (not just those under the pads) causing them to relax and contract naturally, working all the muscles at the same time.

What does it feel like?
The Flex Belt feels like a pulsing, tingling sensation. I find it to be relaxing in between the tightening of the abs. The higher the intensity, the more tingly you will feel.
Does it require batteries or any other accessories?
The Flex Belt comes with a rechargeable power controller. No need to buy batteries. You will need to replace the gel pads every 30 days.
Will it fit me?
It fits waist sizes 24″ to 47″. It has an adjustable velcro closure that makes is super easy to put on and take off. An extension is included that fits waists over 44″.
It is comfortable?
The Black Stretch fabric and velcro closure make it very comfortable. It can even be worn under your clothes without anyone noticing.
How many training programs are there?
There are 10 training programs, I have only tried 2 so far. The Flex Belt has 150 Intensity levels. I started off at 25 and now I am at 48.
Can I use it if I have had back surgery or just had a baby?
I can tell you that from my experience, The Flex Belt is vital to shaping your core after you have had a baby or had back surgery. It is hard to do stomach exercises when your back hurts. From my experience, using The Flex Belt helps target those problem areas without any addition discomfort to your back. In fact, after using The Flex Belt for about 8 days, my back pain has reduced significantly!
