My Review:

I was so excited to get a HUGE box from Bertolli!  Not only did it have 4 frozen meals, I also contained a Cephalon Risotto Pan, a Crate and Barrel serving bowl and a Microplane grater.  I always love new products to make my cooking experiences easier!  These items have an estimate retail value of around $100!

I received 4 different Bertolli Frozen meals.  Bertolli^® Roasted Chicken Risotto is by far the family favorite!  It has Italian rice and roasted white meat chicken with Portobello mushrooms and asparagus in a Parmesan cheese cream sauce.  It is delicious and filling. It’s so easy to make, just pour it in your new Risotto Cephalon pan, cover and let it simmer.  All of Bertolli’s Frozen Dinners/soups/risottos take less than 15 minutes to prepare.

I love my new Calphalon Contemporary Stainless10-Inch Everyday Pan with Glass Lid.  I have had it on my Christmas list for years.  Thanks Bertolli for helping Santa out this year.  The Crate and Barrel Serving bowl is plain yet elegant.  It allows your food to be the showcase, not the bowl.  I will be using my new serving bowl numerous time this holiday season.  The Microplane Grater is so much easier to use than my old grater.  No more grating my knuckles!

I highly recommend Bertolli’s new Risotto dishes.  My hubby doesn’t like peppers and most seafood, so I will have to try the shrimp and lobster risotto all by myself.
