What a fun twist on Twister! My son loves this game because he can play it by himself or with a friend. The game comes with this console that is a big speaker that lights up different colors that are to coordinate with the spots on the floor. The player puts the spots on the floor in different patterns for different songs. There are also 3 different speeds. Once you have mastered level 1, move up a level for more of a challenge. My son loves to dance and says that this game is HARD. That doesn’t stop him, he keeps playing until he gets it right. There is no twisting with another player, this game challenges each player independently. Once you select a song, place your circles in the correct pattern, and listen for the sound that tells you to start. You only move your feet to the music. The game comes with preloaded songs (my son says they are too short) and 2 circles of each color.
My son also uses it for a speaker for his iPod touch. He loves that it has another purpose! I love that too. Nothing better than a dual purpose toy!
I LOVE this game because my son is getting some great aerobic exercise. Up here in New England, it can be too cold to go outside to play. Twister Dance gets you sweating while you are having fun!
I highly recommend Twister Dance for all of the music and dance fans in your life. It’s available at Kmart as part of their Fab 15 toys!
