If your husband/Dad loves Baked Potatoes, Bacon and Cheeseburgers, he will LOVE the Bacon Cheeseburger Baked Potato Pizza!
It’s easy to make and will be a family favorite after the first bite!
Ingredients:
- Pillsbury Pizza Crust
- 1 pound of Hamburger
- 3 potatoes
- Butter, sour cream, chives for potato topping
- 1/2 8 oz bag of shredded Cheddar
- 1/4 8 oz bag of Pizza Cheese
- 8 – 10 slices of cooked bacon
- Ketchup and/or BBQ sauce
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375. Stretch out the Pillsbury pizza dough onto a cookie sheet. (If you like a thicker crust, you can use a 13 x 9 pan)
- Bake the Pizza Crust for 10 minutes.
- Brown the Hamburger and drain the grease off.
- Microwave the potatoes. Then mash them up with butter, sour cream, chives, bacon bits, cheese, etc.
- Cook 8 to 10 strips of Bacon.
- After the pizza crust has been slightly browned, now comes the fun part!
- Spread the potato mix over the crust
- (optional) Sometimes I put some ranch dressing on the crust before the potato.
- Cover the potato with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add the browned hamburger on top.
- Cover with more cheese!
- Add the bacon and BBQ sauce or Ketchup.
- And, you got it, cover with more cheese.
- Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and the crust if brown.
- Cut pizza into 8 equals parts.
- Slice it up and ENJOY!
