Who doesn’t love Cheesecake?
Swiss Colony makes an amazing Toffee Chunk Cheesecake! My husband got the honors of picking out what he wanted from Swiss Colony and he chose well! He loves Butterfinger and Heath bars and loves cheesecake so this was his perfect dessert! The cheesecake arrived in great condition, well packed, cold and pretty as a picture. It looked almost too good to eat. We only stared at it a few minutes before cutting into it. Usually, you can’t get the first piece out without messing it up, this cheesecake came out perfect. The only thing better was how amazing it tasted. It was creamy, rich and had just the right amount of chocolate and candy on the top.
The boys finished this cheesecake way too quickly, I hardly got any. OK, I may be exaggerating. I loved it, but not as much as hubby did. He did pick it out after all, so I let him have the last piece.
The only thing i would have changed is the crust. It seemed too thick and a little dry for my taste. Hubby thought it was perfect. Everyone is different!
