I was surprised at how easy it was to apply. I have received other wall graphics to put up and none have been as easy as WiseDecor. The instructions are very clear and even come with pictures so you can double check that you are doing everything right.
After I marked my guideline, I lined up the top of the graphic with the guideline and attached it to the wall using masking tape. Then you flip up the lettering and peel the backing off. The tape acts as a hinge, such a clever use of tape!
Then flip your lettering back down (carefully) and use the squeegee to adhere the lettering to your wall. Start from the center and work out to the edges. Now, if your wall is too cold or dirty, it might not stick. It also does not stick to rough surfaces, porous surfaces or stucco.
I had success with my “practice” word! Each order comes with a practice word so you can be confident that you apply the big lettering correctly. That too is a great idea that wasn’t included with other wall graphic companies.
Overall, I am impressed by the quality of the graphics and the ease of application. As soon as I get my walls to warm up, I will post the finished product picture here.
