Dr. Cool Recovery Wrap #Review

May 21, 2014 by Pam Maynard

I was given these products, free of charge, in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are 100% my own.

Dr. Cool is a chemical-free injury recovery wrap that combines ice & compression all-in-one flexible fabric. Cold compression helps reduce swelling and promote rapid recovery. Just wet it, freeze it, and then wrap it for long lasting relief. From busy moms to cross-fit enthusiasts, it’s the best way to recover without having to stop your busy life.

 My Review:

It’s a fact of life that kids will get hurt.  They will need ice packs, ace bandages, tape and more.  I just found out about Dr. Cool Recovery Wraps- just in time for summer!  These wraps are a cross between and ice pack and ace bandage.  You get them wet, roll them up, freeze them, wrap them on the affected body part and go back to playing.  They come in sizes for all joints and even come in a large size for sore backs or shoulders.  I tried this one for my back and I really enjoyed the support and cold therapy that it offered.  We have a smaller size as well and I know that my son likes it because I can’t find it anymore.  It’s up in his room somewhere.  I’m sure he will find it when he needs it.

Have questions on how to put these wraps on correctly?  Watch the video below and visit the Dr. Cool  website for even more helpful information.

One of the best things about the Dr. Cool Wraps is convenience.  They wrap up small so you can take them anywhere.  They even have a little zip-up cooler cylinder that they fit in to keep them colder longer.  Also, they don’t use any chemicals or medication to cool and support your swollen joints.
These would make a great addition to any first aid kit and a must have for summer camp and sports teams.
If you don’t want the cold therapy, you don’t have to freeze them.  Just use them as compression wraps for support where you need it.
I highly recommend Dr. Cool Recovery Wraps for busy families everywhere.
