How could anyone live without a Yoga Mat? Even though my son makes fun of my Yoga Pants- he calls then No-Ga pants- I love my Yoga Mats! I use them to do my back stretches and exercises. We use them for sleepover guests, camping, playing on the tile floors and much more! The Northern Lights Yoga mat is super soft and pretty too. I got mine in “energy” which is the perfect color and tone for me. I need more energy and doing my stretches and exercises gives me so much more!
