This is week 2 of my 100 Night Comfortaire Challenge and I have been loving every minute in our new bed. I started out a number 15 as recommended. I still love how it feels so I haven’t changed my number at all. My hubby is a back sleeper and he did change his number to 30 this weekend and really likes the extra support.
I really can’t believe the difference Comfortaire makes on my back. I have been waking up for years with low back pain. It has been especially bad lately. We even bought a Tempurpedic Mattress and my back pain did not improve. I think the mattress was too firm for me. I am a side sleeper and I wake up with sore hips and back pain. Ever since I have started my 100 Night Challenge, I usually wake up with no pain or just a dull ache as opposed to stabbing pain. It’s really amazing what a difference an adjustable bed makes.
One other big change I have noticed is how refreshed I feel when I wake up. I don’t wake up 2 or 3 times when I try to get comfortable. If I do get up, I go right back to sleep, no tossing or turning like I used to. I feel like I have actually gotten a full night’s sleep with the Comfortaire. Feeling refreshed in the morning makes your whole day go better. My hubby has even mentioned that I have been in a better mood.
