My Review:
We are always on the hunt for the right pillow. I either have a super flat one or a super fluffy one- neither of which help my neck or back. I try to sleep on my side with a pillow between my knees, so my bigger, firmer pillows are just right for my knees. But I need a soft, moldable pillow for my head. The Mediflow pillow is designed for any sized person for any sleeping position. For a softer pillow, add 2 liters or less or water. For a firmer pillow, add much more. Then be sure to get the air bubble out by following the directions that come with the pillow. If you hear a sloshing noise, there is still air in the water compartment and you need to try again to remove the bubble. If the pillow is too hard, remove some water. If it’s too soft or too thin, add more water. It’s simple!
I have slept on it at least a week and I haven’t had to adjust the water level yet. Luckily, my hubby doesn’t like it so it’s all mine! It adjusts to my neck when I turn on my side. When I am on my back, the water moves to support me where I need it. If you wake up feeling hot, I just turn my pillow over to the water side and I get cooled off quickly.
