“Put Me in the Zoo” Bark Recipe – Perfect for Dr. Seuss Day!

Dr. Seuss Day, March 2nd, is always a fun day for kids and adult alike! We love celebrating this special day by reading a Dr. Seuss book or two and having fun sweet treats. And, what can be better than pairing this fun Put me in the Zoo Bark along with the book reading? It is a super simple recipe. Take a look!

Ingredients:

Put me in the Zoo Bark

  • 2 Cups Yellow Chocolate Discs
  • M&M’s (Blue, Red, Green, Orange & Purple) I found the purple ones at our candy store in the mall. You could use purple skittles as well.

Directions

Put me in the Zoo Bark

Melt the yellow chocolate according to package directions.

Put me in the Zoo Bark

Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

Put me in the Zoo Bark

Add the M&M’s and let dry for about an hour.

Put me in the Zoo Bark

Cut or break into pieces.

Put me in the Zoo Bark

Enjoy!!
