My Review:
What a great way to start the day- getting motivated and inspired from a Christian Music workout-Shazzy Fitness DVDs. I have to say, these DVDs were much better than I thought they would be. They are peppy and fun, upbeat and joyful!
What I liked about Shazzy Fitness DVDs:
- The whole DVD is high energy and upbeat.
- Everyone is having fun- some Fitness DVDs show people that never smile.
- The dance moves make you sweat, but once you catch on, they are not hard at all. (If you didn’t know this, I’m a very uncoordinated person. I never took aerobics class due to my clutziness)
- I like that the workouts are short. I can handle 10 minutes in the morning before I go to work.
- You can do Shazzy Fitness DVDs just about anywhere that has a DVD player!
- You don’t have to drive anywhere to work out.
- You can use Shazzy Fitness DVDs all year long, rain or shine, snow or sun!
- Anyone can do Shazzy Fitness DVDs.- whether your 7 or 97, you can do it!
A time to Dance DVD:
- A dance party with lo-impact, highly intense hip-hop dance moves
- Ideal for dance enthusiasts or those ready to advance to next level
- Benefits: cardiovascular endurance, fat-burning, dance techniques
What I would recommend:
- I think it would be great to do a contemporary Christian music DVD. (I tend to stay away from the rap/Hip-Hop scene.)
- Maybe feature one kid’s dance song so your kids can work out right beside you!
Overall, I highly recommend Shazzy Fitness DVDs for anyone looking for inspirational fitness DVDs. You won’t be disappointed- these DVDs are fun and Challenging.
