Do you have a Plants Vs Zombies fan in your house? I do! We have the Xbox One Game and I don’t like it much, but my son and his friends do. They all were very excited to learn that I was getting this KNEX set to review. My only problem is that my son has been so busy all summer, he didn’t put the whole thing together. I would much rather he play outside than sit around and watch TV. I know that his Building experience has helped him learn since he fell in love with KNEX when he was 5 years old.

Our Review:
This is not just a building set that you put together, look at for a while and then forget it. There is a Pea shooter to shoot the Zombies! How fun is that? My son loves K’NEX but he likes the LEGO instructions much better. It may be that he was raised on LEGOS- they were much easier to find at Walmart and Amazon than K’NEX sets.
I like that you can get some expansion packs to build on this Wild West set. That means lots more hours of hands-on fun!
Mini-figures have always been my son’s favorite part of any building set! He puts them together first and sometimes that’s as far as he gets. His imagination takes him anywhere he wants to go. I love that as he gets older, his imagination is getting more intense.
We highly recommend K’NEX Plants vs Zombies! It not only keeps hands busy for an hour putting it together, but it offers more hours of play! Who wouldn’t want to use a pea shooter?
